What is your return policy?

You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged and we will refund you. This excludes custom printed shoes. You will only be allowed to switch them out for the correct size needed in the same style shoe.
